Directions
Adults and children 15 years of age and over take 1 to 3 tablets before bedtime. Follow with a glass of water or juice. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Children under 15 years of age: consult a doctor.

Warnings
This product contains senna. Read and follow package direction carefully. Stop use and see a doctor if diarrhea, loose stools or stomach pain develop.
